ABOUT AFTERPAY

  • What is Afterpay?

    Afterpay is a service that allows Finish Line to offer customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

  • Does Finish Line Have Afterpay?

    Yes. You can now checkout using Afterpay at finishline.com for orders between $35 and $1,000.

  • How do I use Afterpay?

    Just shop finishline.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay’s website, Afterpay.com, to register and provide details for the payment method you’ll be using to make your installment payments (Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards only). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy!

    Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000. Some items, like gift cards, may not be eligible for use of Afterpay as a method of payment.

  • Where can I use Afterpay?

    Afterpay can only be used on purchases made on finishline.com. Afterpay can’t be used as a form of payment for Finish Line in-store purchases.

  • What forms of payment can I use to make installment payments to Afterpay?

    Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit cards) are the only accepted forms of payment when using Afterpay.

  • What are Afterpay’s privacy practices?

    Even though you are shopping with Finish Line, you’ll be providing personal information directly to Afterpay if you opt to make a payment for a Finish Line order using Afterpay.

    If there is a conflict between these FAQs and Afterpay’s Payment Purchase Agreement, the Payment Purchase Agreement will apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • How do I return an item purchased using Afterpay?

    To return items purchased using Afterpay, follow Finish Line’s standard return process and return policy. We encourage you to mail in your returns of items purchased using Afterpay so that your refund syncs up with your Afterpay account. If you mail in your returns to Finish Line, the refund will be made from Finish Line to Afterpay and when this refund is processed, it will drop into your Afterpay account, which can be accessed on Afterpay.com or the Afterpay App.

    Refunds from any other types of returns of items purchased using Afterpay will not be applied to your Afterpay account and even if you receive a refund from Finish Line for such a return, you remain obligated to pay your Afterpay account in full (in accordance with Afterpay’s Purchase Payment Agreement).   • Can I exchange or receive a store credit or cash refund for returning an item purchased using Afterpay?

    Exchanges, store credit and cash refunds are not available for items purchased using Afterpay.

  • How does the payment schedule work?

    If you make a Finish Line purchase using Afterpay, you’ll be required to make your first payment to Afterpay at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are due to Afterpay every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay on Afterpay.com or the Afterpay App anytime to make your payments early.

    You can log in to your Afterpay account on Afterpay.com or the Afterpay App anytime to view the payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

  • Will I be notified when a payment is due?

    Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view customer orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.

  • Can I pay early?

    You can make payments any time before their due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and select ‘Pay Now.’

  • Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?

    To request an adjusted payment schedule, contact Afterpay’s Customer Service team and the team will review your account to determine eligibility. Not all requests can be accommodated.

  • What happens if I don’t timely pay an Afterpay installment?

    Even though a grace period is provided, the Afterpay system reviews customer repayment history for future purchases, so Finish Line encourages customers to pay Afterpay as soon as possible. If you make a purchase using Afterpay, you will still get an SMS to say the payment failed as well as a reminder about payment due.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Can I modify an order that I used Afterpay for?

    Once Afterpay has approved an order, order details cannot be modified, and items cannot be added to the order. Finish Line encourages customers to place a new and separate order if they would like to add additional items to their purchase.

    Finish Line can issue full or partial refunds for any reason.

How can I ship to a PO Box?
Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS) and UPS, UPS can deliver to USPS owned property via the Economy shipping method only. Please enter your PO Box in the Apt/Suite line on the shipping page.

Why can't I ship to an APO/FPO Box
Finish Line uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship products to our customers. Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS)and United Parcel Service (UPS), UPS cannot make deliveries to USPS-owned property. If you have an APO box, please make arrangements to have your Finish Line purchase delivered to a physical address where UPS is authorized to deliver. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Multiple Item Orders
In order to show an expanded inventory online, Finish Line may ship some of the items listed online from one of our nationwide retail stores. Because of this, items in your order may be shipped from separate locations. On certain items, Finish Line reserves the right to restrict product quantities per order at their discretion.

Orders Containing 20 Units or Greater
Orders containing 20 units or more are subject to increased shipping pricing. We deem orders with 20 units or more to include orders purchasing multiple products totaling 20 or more products or orders purchasing multiple units of a single product totaling 20 or more units, any combination of which are subject to the increased shipping prices.
