After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. You will get another email once your order is ready to be picked up at your local store. Bring the confirmation email and your ID to pick up your purchase.

You’ll receive 2 emails – one notifying you that your order is ready and a follow-up email with Contact-Free Curbside Pickup instructions including a call number and location for pickup.
Call when you arrive at the designated pickup location. We’ll deliver your items to your vehicle, safely and contact-free.
To see stores participating in Contact-Free Curbside Pickup, select your size on the product page, choose “Pick up in store“ and provide your location when prompted. If the product is available for pickup, you will be shown nearby locations with availability.

Not all items are available for Contact-Free Curbside Pickup. Check the product page to see if the item you are interested in is available at a store near you. Select a size and choose “Contact-Free Pickup“ and provide your location when prompted. If the product is available for pickup through the Contact-Free Curbside Pickup Program, you will be shown nearby locations with availability. Availability may change without notice.
You will receive two emails when your order is ready for pickup: one titled “Order Ready for Pickup“ and a second titled “Pickup Instructions.“ The “Pickup Instructions“ email will include instructions for you to follow when completing your Curbside Pickup, including where you should park your car and a phone number to call when you’ve arrived at the designated location to complete the pickup.
We try to have orders placed available on the same-day though we don’t guarantee when orders are available for pickup. For example, if orders are placed near to a location’s closing time or during hours when a location is closed or when there is a high volume of orders, the order may not be available for pickup until the following day or thereafter. Availability may change without notice and all availability and services offered are subject to change.
Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation, either printed or on your own device. A store associate will verify your photo ID matches the items and order information before your order may be picked up.
A valid photo ID includes a current driver’s license, State ID, passport or student ID.
You will receive a “Pickup Instructions“ email with pickup instructions when your order is ready for Curbside Pickup. The “Pickup Instructions“ email will include instructions for you to follow when completing your Curbside Pickup, including where you should park your car and a phone number to call when you’ve arrived at the designated location to complete the pickup.
When you arrive at the designated location, call the number listed in the “Pickup Instructions“ email to begin the pickup process. A Store associate will verify your order information, check that you are at the correct pickup location and ask for your vehicle’s make, model and color to identify you during the pickup.
In observance of social distancing safety precautions recommended by the CDC, state and/or local governments, you will be asked to either open the trunk or unlock the back door so that your order can be delivered by our Store associate with limited contact. Stay in your vehicle during the store associate’s delivery of the order to you. A Store associate will complete a verification of your ID through the window before placing the product in your trunk or backseat.
We reserve the right to refuse Curbside delivery to any customer who does not follow instructions or in any circumstances where a Store associate reasonably believes he/she cannot safely complete the delivery.
You will be charged after completing your pickup. All orders will be cancelled if not picked up after 7 days.

We require that our store associates involved in the Contact-Free Pickup Program wear protective masks, use best efforts to maintain a distance of 6-feet or more from customers and other persons at all times, sanitize frequently as well as adhere to local orders, rules and regulations. All ID verifications are completed through a window (consistent with CDC guidelines and state and local orders, rules and regulations).
