  • Why should I create an account online or in the mobile app?
    Registering your Winner's Circle number and creating an account online or in a mobile app is simple and quick and offers you some great perks like being able to:
    • View your Winner’s Circle points and rewards on any device at any time and in our mobile app
    • Save your favorite products and view them on all devices and in our mobile app
    • Breeze through checkout since we'll have your information on file
    • Check your order status and purchase history online
    • Choose to receive exclusive offers and product information via email
  • How do I update information in my account?
    Keep your account information as current and fresh as your style. To update, simply click "Account" at the top of any webpage of finishline.com (except during the checkout process). 
    After signing in, you can:
    • Update your mailing, billing, and contact addresses
    • Update your email address
    • Edit your email preferences
    • Change your password
    • Check your order status and purchase history
    • Track your order shipments

  • How do I sign up for promotional email updates?

    Need to stay up-to-speed on all of the latest updates from Finish Line? Our emails offer must-have information on exclusive offers, product promotions, and sales. 
    You can sign up by:

    • Filling in the "Email" box in the footer of any webpage of finishline.com (except during the checkout process)
    • Select the checkbox to opt-in to receive emails when registering for an account

  • I signed up for email updates, how do I unsubscribe?

    Just click the "Unsubscribe" link at the end of any Finish Line email you receive. You can also opt out of promotional emails by editing your email preferences in your "Account" online at finishline.com. 

    Even if you opt-out of receiving email updates, you will still receive any transactional emails relating to purchases you made.

  • How do I avoid SPAM?
    We only send email to individuals who have expressly shared their email address with us (often called opt-in lists). In case we have used an external source for communication data, we state the source of the customer data at the end of every message sent through the system. This indicates to the recipient how we acquired the recipient's information.

  • How do you protect my privacy?

  • How Does Finish Line use my personal information?
    You share certain personal information with Finish Line when you shop with us in our stores, online or through our mobile app. We describe the types of information we collect and how we use that information in our Privacy Policy.  There are certain choices you can make about how we collect and use certain information.  You can learn about these choices in our Privacy Policy. 
  • I have a social media post that Finish Line wants to use for marketing. What rules apply when I allow Finish Line to use my content?

    You’ve got an eye for sneaks and we want to share your view with our audience!  We loved your social media post so much that we’d like to use it ourselves. If you would like to potentially see your photo in use on our sites like finishline.com and the Finish Line webpages of macys.com, our mobile app, our social media properties, our in-store and print advertising and/or through other marketing channels, please continue reading below.
    In exchange for the opportunity to be featured in some of Finish Line’s marketing materials and by responding to our message (sent within applicable social media platform) with #FNLSHARE:

    • You thereby acknowledge and agree that:
      • you grant The Finish Line USA, Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies (collectively “Finish Line”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display, throughout the world in any media, any and all content you post to social media with the #ShoesSoFresh, #EpicFinish and #Finishline; and 
      • you grant Finish Line the right to use your name, username, handle, image, likeness, location or other identifying information in conjunction with the content submitted by you (and you acknowledge that Finish Line is under no obligation to do so).  

     

    • You also thereby represent and warrant that:
      • you are OVER the age of 18 and thus, not a minor;
      • you own all rights in and to the content you posted as described herein;
      • you have permission from all person(s) appearing in your content to grant the rights set forth above; and  
      • Finish Line’s use of your content as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

     

    • You thereby release, discharge and agree to hold Finish Line, and any person acting on Finish Line’s behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to the Finish Line’s use of your designated content, and, where permissible, you agree to indemnify and defend Finish Line against third party claims arising out of your content.
  • What is Finish Line’s Website Accessibility Policy?

    At Finish Line, we care about all of our customers and are committed to ensuring that all individuals with disabilities are able to access all of the products, services, information and retail experience offered by Finish Line through finishline.com and its mobile app.

    Finish Line has retained a third-party digital accessibility and assistive technology testing partner to assist it in adopting and implementing procedures to the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) as its web accessibility standard. Together with this testing partner, Finish Line continuously engages in accessibility and assistive technology design and development efforts for its digital properties.

    To further these efforts, Finish Line incorporates ongoing and specific recommendations of web accessibility audits and monitors and tests its digital properties regularly for conformity to WCAG 2.0 AA. Finish Line uses manual, functional and technical methods to conduct such evaluations and implement such solutions.
