  • How do I update information in my account?

    Keep your account information as current and fresh as your style. To update, simply click "Account" at the top of any webpage of finishline.com (except during the checkout process). 
    After signing in, you can:

  • I signed up for email updates, how do I unsubscribe?

    Even if you opt-out of receiving email updates, you will still receive any transactional emails relating to purchases you made.

  • How do I avoid SPAM?
    We only send email to individuals who have expressly shared their email address with us (often called opt-in lists). If you would like to potentially see your photo in use on our sites like finishline.com and the Finish Line webpages of macys.com, our mobile app, our social media properties, our in-store and print advertising and/or through other marketing channels, please continue reading below.
    In exchange for the opportunity to be featured in some of Finish Line’s marketing materials and by responding to our message (sent within applicable social media platform) with #FNLSHARE:

    • You thereby acknowledge and agree that:
      • you grant The Finish Line USA, Inc., its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies (collectively “Finish Line”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display, throughout the world in any media, any and all content you post to social media with the #ShoesSoFresh, #EpicFinish and #Finishline; and

  • What is Finish Line’s Website Accessibility Policy?
