Winner's Circle Membership

  • What is Winner's Circle?
    Winner's Circle is Finish Line’s free loyalty program that rewards you for shopping. Members get $20 back every time they earn 200 points (within a 12 month period). Members also get special benefits including early access to deals, exclusive events and experiences, free shipping offers and other rewards and surprises. On top of that, Winner’s Circle members are the only customers eligible to enter raffles for the chance to reserve product launches.
  • How does Winner's Circle work?

    Customers can sign up to be a Winner's Circle member on finishline.com, in Finish Line stores or Finish Line shops in Macy's or through our mobile app. Members earn one point for every $1 spent with Finish Line at Finish Line stores, Finish Line shops in Macy’s, at finishline.com or on our mobile app

    Here are some of the perks you can expect by joining Winner's Circle:

    • $20 reward (earned with every 200 points accumulated within a 12 month period)
    • Early access to sales and product
    • Access to exclusive events and experiences

  • How do I join Winner’s Circle?

    It’s free and quick to sign-up! You can sign up to be a Winner’s Circle member on finishline.com, in Finish Line stores or Finish Line shops in Macy’s or through our mobile app.

    If you sign up for a Winner’s Circle membership in store, you will need to register your Winner’s Circle account online at finishline.com to create your online Winner’s Circle account.

    Winner’s Circle requirements

    To be a Winner’s Circle member:

    • You must be 13 years or older (if you are a California resident, you must be 18 years or older). 
    • You must provide us with a valid first name, last name, birth date and email address.
    • You must agree to our Winner’s Circle Terms and Conditions
  • How do I earn Winner’s Circle points?

    Winner’s Circle members earn one point for every $1 they spend. 

    To earn points when shopping in a Finish Line store, provide your name and email address or Winner’s Circle number or show your physical Winner’s Circle card to the store associate during checkout. 

    To earn points when shopping at a Finish Line shop in Macy’s, provide your name and email address or Winner’s Circle number or show your physical Winner’s Circle card to the store associate during checkout.

    To earn points when shopping online, log into your “Account” on finishline.com or our mobile app. If you have not yet created or registered your online Winner’s Circle account and member profile, you may enter your Winner’s Circle number on the Payment & Billing page during checkout. 


    Point details:

    • One point is earned for every $1 dollar spent
    • 200 points will generate a $20 reward
    • Points expire in 12 months from the date of purchase
    • Points earned from purchases may be added manually by Customer Care if done within 30 days of the purchase
    • Points earned from purchases are deducted when a return has been made
    • Points will be earned on the purchase of a Finish Line Gift Card but will not earned when redeeming a Finish Line Gift Card
    • Points are not earned on shipping cost or tax
    • Points are not earned on Finish Line Youth Foundation donations

     

  • Can I combine multiple Winner’s Circle accounts?

    If you have more than one account, you can combine accounts (and point and rewards balances) by contacting Customer Care.

     

  • I forgot my Winner’s Circle number. Can I recover it?

    Finish Line can identify Winner’s Circle members when they provide the email address they used to create their Winner’s Circle membership to a sales associate when checking out in a Finish Line store or Finish Line shop in Macy’s. 

    Any Winner’s Circle member can also find their Winner’s Circle number at any time by signing into their account (linked to the Winner’s Circle membership) on finishline.com or our mobile app.

  • What do I need to know about Winner’s Circle rewards?

    One point is earned for every $1 dollar spent. Winner's Circle members earn a $20 reward each time they accumulate 200 points within a 12 month period.

    Some more details about Winner’s Circle rewards

    • Rewards expire 90 days after being awarded
    • One reward can only be used per transaction
    • There’s no required purchase amount to apply rewards
    • Rewards are one time use and the amount not redeemed during checkout is non-refundable
    • One reward may be combined with one coupon in a single purchase, subject to some further restrictions
    • Rewards can be used on any merchandise from Finish Line
    • Rewards are sent via email and are available in a Winner’s Circle member’s online account and/or within the mobile app
    • Rewards do not apply towards shipping costs or tax
    • Rewards cannot be used to purchase Finish Line Gift Cards
    • Rewards cannot be redeemed to receive cash back

     

  • Where are my Winner’s Circle points and rewards?

    After you make a purchase in a Finish Line store or shop in Macy’s, online at finishline.com or on our mobile app, your Winner’s Circle points and rewards will be updated. Point balances will be updated within 48 hours. Rewards are issued within 24 hours after they are earned. 

    You can view your Winner’s Circle points and rewards balance in your "Account" page on finishline.com or on our mobile app. If you signed up for a Winner’s Circle membership in store, you will need to register your Winner’s Circle account online at finishline.com to create your online account and member profile. 

  • How do I redeem my Winner’s Circle rewards?

    Winner's Circle rewards may be redeemed during checkout online at finishline.com, in Finish Line stores, in Finish Line shops at Macy’s or on our mobile app.

    Finish Line stores & Finish Line shops in Macy’s: Provide your name and email address or Winner’s Circle number or show your physical Winner’s Circle card to the store associate during checkout. Then, provide the reward number of the reward you would like to use on your purchase.

    Online at finishline.com: When checking out as a guest online, you may apply your reward on the Payment & Billing page. If you are logged in with your online Winner’s Circle account, your available rewards will be shown in the checkout process and you can select which you would like to apply to your order.

    Finish Line mobile app: When checking out as a guest in the mobile app, you may apply your reward after entering your payment and billing information by entering your Winner’s Circle number and your rewards number. If you are logged in with your Winner’s Circle account, you will be prompted to select an available reward to apply to your order after entering your payment and billing details.

    PayPal checkout: To pay with PayPal and use your Winner's Circle reward, first apply your reward and then select the PayPal payment option on the Payment & Billing page. Express PayPal checkout from the shopping bag will bypass the Payment & Billing page and you won’t be able to apply an available reward . . . so, don't use the express PayPal checkout method if you want to apply your available Winner’s Circle rewards.

     

  • Can I share my Winner’s Circle Reward?

    Only the member participating in the Winner's Circle program may redeem their rewards earned on their Winner’s Circle account. 

    Want to help your friend or family member get in on the action? Send them to a Finish Line store or shop in Macy’s, finishline.com or our mobile app to sign up for a Winner’s Circle membership so they can start making their purchases with us count.

  • Can I use coupons with my Winner’s Circle rewards?

    One coupon may be combined with one Winner's Circle reward in a single transaction as long as the items being purchased are not excluded from coupon use and the minimum subtotal amount for the coupon has been met after the reward has been applied.

     

Entering A Raffle

Ticket Reveal and Confirmation

  • How do I know if I won a Raffle?
    Every Raffle has a “Reveal” date. Check the product page in the app to see when winners will be revealed. On the Reveal date, you’ll get a notification to check your ticket - don’t snooze, you’ll need to peel your ticket before it expires! If you win the Raffle, you’ll be prompted to confirm your Reservation. Before you confirm, you can also add an alternate pick up person (if you can’t make it on Launch Day).
  • I won, but decided I don’t want to reserve a pair
    When you’re prompted to confirm your reservation, just select “Don’t want these?” and you can choose to pass on the Reservation. Your pair will be released for someone else to buy on Launch Day.
  • I checked my Raffle Ticket, but it was expired - is there any way to see if I won?
    Sorry, once a Raffle Ticket is expired, it’s too late to see if you won. When you enter a Raffle, make sure you have your notifications turned on so you don’t miss your chance.

Reservation Pick Up

  • How do I pick up a Reservation?

    Check your Pick Up Pass for the pick up date, time and location. Reservations are only held during the Pick Up Window listed on your pass. To claim your Reservation, you’ll need your Pick Up Pass, a valid photo ID, and payment to cover the purchase. You can access your Pick Up Pass in the app by navigating to You > Reservations > Pick Up Pass, where you can also save the pass as a photo. Your Reservation will be held until the end of the Pick Up window, and then we’ll release the pair for someone else to buy.

     

  • I have a Reservation, but I want a different size - can I switch?
    Your Reservation is only good for the size indicated on your Pick Up Pass. However, additional sizes may be available for limited releases on launch day - ask a Store Sales Associate for help when you go to pick up your pair.
  • What should I do if I can’t pick up the product during the Pick Up window?
    If you are selected as a Raffle Winner, you’ll be prompted to “Confirm” your reservation. On this page, you have the option to add an alternate pick up person. After you’ve confirmed a Reservation, an alternate pick up person cannot be added or changed. This person may pay and pick up the product for you. They will need a copy of your Pick Up Pass (you can save as a photo on the Pick Up Pass page) and a Photo ID. Your Reservation will only be held until the end of the Pick Up window, and then we’ll release it for someone else to buy.
  • Can I use Winner’s Circle Rewards when purchasing a Reservation?
    Yes, you may use one Winner’s Circle Reward with the purchase of your Reservation.
  • I have a Reservation, but I decided I don’t want it.
    There’s nothing you need to do here - your Reserved pair will be released for someone else to buy after the Pick Up window closes.

Finish Line uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship products to our customers. Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS)and United Parcel Service (UPS), UPS cannot make deliveries to USPS-owned property. If you have an APO box, please make arrangements to have your Finish Line purchase delivered to a physical address where UPS is authorized to deliver.
