  • What is STATUS?
    STATUS is JD Finish Line’s free, unified customer loyalty program. STATUS members have the opportunity to earn STATUS Points on qualifying purchases at JD Sports stores (in the U.S.), online at jdsports.com and on the JD Sports US mobile app and Finish Line stores, online at finishline.com and on the Finish Line mobile app. Points can be used to redeem certain STATUS Rewards in the STATUS Rewards Catalog, like Status Cash, special offers (such as discounts and free shipping) and exclusive or early access to products and/or experiences.
  • How does STATUS work?

    Once you become a STATUS member, STATUS benefits are available to you! You’ll be assigned a STATUS loyalty number, which you can use to earn Points on qualifying purchases at JD Sports stores (in the U.S.), online at jdsports.com and on the JD Sports US mobile app and Finish Line stores, online at finishline.com and on the Finish Line mobile app.

    To earn Points as a STATUS member, you have to provide the email address associated with your STATUS account (when shopping in-store, online or on the mobile apps). If you are shopping in-store, you can also provide your STATUS loyalty number to earn Points on your purchase. The amount of STATUS Points you can earn on your purchases will depend on which STATUS Tier you are grouped into.

    STATUS Points can be used to redeem STATUS Rewards in the STATUS Rewards Catalog, like Status Cash Rewards, special offers (such as discounts and free shipping) and exclusive or early access to products and/or experiences.

  • What are STATUS Tiers and how do they relate to STATUS Points?

    STATUS members are grouped into two tiers:

     

    • General Admission Tier
    • A-List Tier

     

    The STATUS Tier that you’re grouped into for a calendar year depends, in part, on the amount you spent on qualifying purchases that year and the year before*. If you qualify for the A-List Tier in a calendar year, then you’re in the A-List Tier for the rest of that year and through the end of the following calendar year.

     

    The amount of Points you can earn on a purchase will depend on which STATUS Tier you fall into.

    Earn 10 Points per $1 spent

    If a STATUS member in the General Admission Tier spends $100, the STATUS member earns 1,000 Points on that purchase.

    If a Status member in the General Admission Tier spends $50 at Finish Line and $50 at JD Sports, the STATUS member earns 500 Points on the Finish Line purchase and 500 Points on the JD Sports purchase, for a total of 1,000 Points on the two purchases.

     

    A-List

    $500 or more

    Earn 15 Points per $1 spent

    If a STATUS member in the A-List Tier spends $100, the STATUS member earns 1,500 Points on that purchase.

    If a Status member in the A-List Tier spends $50 at Finish Line and $50 at JD Sports, the STATUS member earns 750 Points on the Finish Line purchase and 750 Points on the JD Sports purchase, for a total of 1,500 Points on the two purchases.

     

    *Consideration of amount spent on purchases in prior Calendar Year (2019) not applicable in the first Calendar Year of the STATUS loyalty program.

  • How do I maintain my A-List standing?

    When you spend $500 or more in qualifying purchases in a Calendar Year, you are placed in the A-List Tier for the remainder of that Calendar Year AND you stay in the A-List STATUS Tier through the end of the following year.

    You have to spend $500 or more each Calendar Year to qualify for the A-List Tier that Calendar Year* and the following Calendar Year. So, if you’re in the A-List Tier in 2021 because you spent $500 or more in 2020, but you don’t spend $500 or more in 2021, then you’ll be placed in the General Admission Tier in 2022. You can rejoin the A-List Tier in 2022 and 2023 if you spend $500 or more in 2022.

    *Applies if you did not start in the A-List Tier at the beginning of the Calendar Year.

  • What STATUS Rewards can I redeem with STATUS Points I earn?

    STATUS members can use accrued Points to redeem STATUS Rewards in the STATUS Rewards Catalog. Examples of Rewards that may be made available in the STATUS Rewards Catalog include: Status Cash, exclusive offers (such as discounts and free shipping) and exclusive or early access to products and/or experiences.

    Rewards listed in the STATUS Rewards Catalog may change at any time. Rewards offered may not be of equal value. Rewards that are claimed can’t be transferred to another person and can’t be redeemed for cash. Redemption and use of Rewards may be subject to other terms and conditions.

     
  • How do I join STATUS?

    It’s free and quick to sign up! Eligible customers can sign up to be a STATUS member online at jdsports.com/STATUS or finishline.com/STATUS, online at jdsports.com or finishline.com by following the “Join STATUS” prompt on the home page or in JD Sports stores (in the U.S.) and Finish Line stores. If you sign up for a STATUS membership in a store, you’ll need to register your STATUS member account online at either jdsports.com or finishline.com to activate an online STATUS member account.

    If you are a Winner’s Circle member, your Winner’s Circle membership will be converted into a STATUS membership. For more details, see Winner’s Circle Conversion Terms and Conditions.

    If you are a JDX member, your JDX membership will be converted into a STATUS membership. For more details, see JDX Conversion Terms and Conditions.

  • I forgot my STATUS loyalty number. Can I recover it?
    Yes. You can find your STATUS loyalty number several ways:
    • You can view your STATUS loyalty number by logging in to your STATUS account online at finishline.com or jdsports.com.
    • Your STATUS loyalty number will be in the email we send you welcoming you to the STATUS program shortly after you enroll as a STATUS member or in any other emails we send you concerning your Points balances and claimed Rewards.
    • JD Sports (in the U.S.) and Finish Line can also identify STATUS members when they provide the email address associated with their STATUS account. To find out their STATUS number, STATUS members can provide their email address to a JD Sports or Finish Line Store Associate or to our JD Sports Customer Care team or Finish Line Customer Care team.
  • Can I share my STATUS benefits?

    Only the customer who is a STATUS member can be eligible for STATUS benefits (such as STATUS Points and STATUS Rewards) offered as a result of their STATUS membership.

  • I want to convert my Winner’s Circle membership into a STATUS membership. How does STATUS work for me?

    If you opt to change your Winner’s Circle membership into a STATUS membership:

     

    • If you change your Winner’s Circle membership into a STATUS membership in 2020, you will start in the General Admission Tier. You can move into the A-List Tier for the remainder of 2020 (and through the end of 2021) if you spend $500 or more in 2020 on qualifying Finish Line purchases. Amounts you previously spent on Finish Line purchases, and amounts of Winner’s Circle points and rewards you had previously accrued, are not taken into account to determine what STATUS Tier you fall into.

     

    • Your Winner’s Circle points will be converted into STATUS Points based on the Points scale for the General Admission Tier ― that is, every one (1) Winner’s Circle point will be converted into 10 STATUS Points. For example, if you have 200 Winner’s Circle points, then these points will be converted into 2,000 STATUS Points.

     

    • Your Winner’s Circle rewards will be converted dollar-for-dollar to Finish Line Cash (one type of STATUS Reward). You may use Finish Line Cash on qualifying purchases. However, any such Finish Line Cash will expire on the date the converted Winner’s Circle rewards would have expired as Winner’s Circle rewards.

  • I have questions about STATUS. Who do I contact?

  • Where can I read the full terms and conditions for STATUS?
    Please review STATUS Terms and Conditions. By enrolling and/or participating as a STATUS member, you agree to be bound by the STATUS Terms and Conditions.

Entering A Raffle

Ticket Reveal and Confirmation

  • How do I know if I won a Raffle?
    Every Raffle has a “Reveal” date. Check the product page in the app to see when winners will be revealed. On the Reveal date, you’ll get a notification to check your ticket - don’t snooze, you’ll need to peel your ticket before it expires! If you win the Raffle, you’ll be prompted to confirm your Reservation.
  • I won, but decided I don’t want to reserve a pair
    When you’re prompted to confirm your reservation, just select “Don’t want these?” and you can choose to pass on the Reservation. Your pair will be released for someone else to buy on Launch Day.
  • I checked my Raffle Ticket, but it was expired - is there any way to see if I won?
    Sorry, once a Raffle Ticket is expired, it’s too late to see if you won. When you enter a Raffle, make sure you have your notifications turned on so you don’t miss your chance.

Reservation Pick Up

  • How do I pick up a Reservation?

    Check your Pick Up Pass for the pick up date, time and location. Reservations are only held during the Pick Up Window listed on your pass. To claim your Reservation, you’ll need your Pick Up Pass, a valid photo ID, and payment to cover the purchase. You can access your Pick Up Pass in the app by navigating to You > Reservations > Pick Up Pass, where you can also save the pass as a photo. Your Reservation will be held until the end of the Pick Up window, and then we’ll release the pair for someone else to buy.

     

  • I have a Reservation, but I want a different size - can I switch?
    Your Reservation is only good for the size indicated on your Pick Up Pass. However, additional sizes may be available for limited releases on launch day - ask a Store Sales Associate for help when you go to pick up your pair.
  • Can I use Winner’s Circle Rewards when purchasing a Reservation?
    Yes, you may use one Winner’s Circle Reward with the purchase of your Reservation.
  • I have a Reservation, but I decided I don’t want it.
    There’s nothing you need to do here - your Reserved pair will be released for someone else to buy after the Pick Up window closes.
