  • How can I search for a specific product on the website?

    We currently offer three easy ways to look for a product online:

    1. Search by style number and color code
    2. • These numbers are located in our Finish Line Catalog next to the name of the product you are looking for (example for a Nike product: 307810 - 162). Enter this number into the search box and click the blue magnifying glass button on the right side of the search box and presto!

    3. Search by product name
    4. • If you know the name of the product you want, enter the style name in the search box at the top of each page, and click the blue magnifying glass button to find what you’re looking for.

    5. Search by department using the links at the top of any page
    6. • So "Men", "Women", "Kids", "Sale", "Fan Gear", or "Brands".

  • Will my local Finish Line have the same merchandise as the web?

    We wish we could fit our entire inventory into all our stores but the physical limitations of physics make that a little hard. Fortunately, Finishline.com has everything found in any of our stores (except cleaning products), plus additional styles and colors that can only be found online. If you'd like to check if a store has something you see on our site though, you can give these two methods a go:

    • • Use our online store locator to contact that store. If possible, have the style number or product name on hand to speed up your product-finding journey.
    • • Check out our online In-Store Pickup program to see if your store has the item you are looking for so you can order and pick it up at your local Finish Line store.
  • What browser should I use to shop on FinishLine.com?

    Not all browsers are created equal. For the smoothest, fastest shopping experience on our site, we recommend using the latest version of any of the following browsers:

    • • Apple Safari
    • • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11

Making a Purchase

  • How do I search for a specific product?

  • How do I make a purchase online?

    The purchase process at www.finishline.com is completely secure and is completed in 5 simple steps. Once you find the product that you want to buy, select the size and color. Select "Add to Cart".

    Shopping Cart

    Select "View Cart" from the mini bag to review the items in your shopping cart. After reviewing the items, click "Checkout" or "Checkout with PayPal"

    Sign In

     

    Enter your email address for order and shipment confirmation. If already have a Winners Circle account, enter your user name and password. Even if you forgot your registered info, we can help you with that. Or log in as a guest using your email address. Remember that with each purchase you can earn rewards points towards sweet perks like coupons and exclusive, draft-only releases so create a Winners Circle account with us

    Shipping Address

    Please indicate the destination for the product so we can get it to you as quickly as shipping possible. If your billing and shipping address are the same, check the box indicating this. Select "Continue with Secure Checkout"

    Billing and Payment

    Please indicate the method of payment and the billing address. Enter all coupons or Finish Line Promo Codes. Winners Circle members enter their Winners Circle number.

    Order Review

    Ensure all order information is correct. You may edit your address and payment information. Select "Process Order" to complete checkout.

    Order Confirmation

    Please print the order confirmation page for your records. Also, that's just good practice.

    You may track your order at www.finishline.com using the "Track Your Order" link. Or, Customer Care can help you track your order at 888-777-3949. Please note, the information available on the web is the same as what is available to our Customer Care representatives.

  • What items are not eligible for a discount?

    We promise we're not trying to be the bad guys but here are some items that coupons are currently excluded from. But hey! There are literally thousands of items that we carry so don't let these few products get you down

    • • Select Brand Jordan Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories

    This list does change from time to time, so be sure to check back often to see what items/product lines have been removed and what has been added.

  • When is my state's sales tax holiday?

    Back to school supply lists are out and luckily for you, it's also sales tax free holiday season. All available sales tax holiday dates are listed but may change or vary. Click here for all the sales tax information you need!   • How is sales tax calculated?

    Talking taxes can be a touchy subject but rest easy knowing that Finish Line follows all state and local laws and regulations pertaining to sales tax. We charge applicable sales tax on all merchandise purchased in states where we have stores.

    Just a heads up, some states require us to collect sales tax on the shipping charges as well. In those states, sales tax will be calculated on the purchase price of the merchandise plus the shipping charges.

    If you have any questions about the tax rate on your packing slip (invoice), or if you believe your order should be tax exempt, please call us at 888-777-3949. We'd be happy to help you figure it out.

  • What forms of payment do you accept online?

    Unfortunately, brownie points, monopoly money, and good deeds are not yet recognized as a valid form of payment. Fortunately, Finish Line currently accepts debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card), PayPal, and Finish Line gift cards as forms of online payment. At this time we do not accept international credit cards as a form of payment.

    Customers can use Finish Line gift cards online. Please enter the Gift Card number on the billing information page along with the pin number located on the back of the card (you may need to scratch off for the pin, so it's kind of like a lottery where you're guaranteed to win something). After you apply the gift card to your Order Total, you may enter your credit card information to pay the remainder of the balance.

    If the Gift Card covers the Order Total amount, it is not necessary to enter your credit card information and you may proceed to the next step (lucky you!). If you have a Gift Card that does not have a pin number on the back please call 888-777-3949 for assistance.

  • What if I do not have a credit card?

    Finish Line will accept purchases made with a debit card as long as it has the Visa or Master Card logos. PayPal is another accepted form of payment. However, if none of these options apply, please visit one of our stores to pay with cash, check or money order.

  • When is my credit card charged?

    Rest easy, you are not charged for your purchase until your order starts the journey towards your front door.

    When an order is first placed with Finish Line, we contact your card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card has a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This communication is done by completing an authorization for the full amount of the order. When the authorization is done, this will place a pending hold on the account for the amount of the order. Your credit card will be charged once your order has shipped.

    So that means sometimes we impress ourselves and ship out your order before the pending hold goes away. And suddenly you've got a charge on your account on top of this pending hold. Don't panic! Just contact your bank to confirm that one of those is a reserve of funds and ask them how long it usually takes for these pending holds to go away. It can vary from bank to bank but if you request that they verify and then remove any extra authorizations to free up funds, they're usually pretty accommodating (like us). Seriously, come on, we would never just take your hard-earned money.

  • What if my gift card does not have a PIN number?

    If you have a Gift Card that does not have a PIN number on the back, please call Customer Care at 888-777-3949 for assistance. We know it's pesky like when you have an assembly-required project that's missing a piece. No worries though, Customer Care has that nail you need.
