  • How much does shipping cost?

    FREE Shipping for Orders Over $100.

    Finish Line offers FREE SHIPPING for any order where the order subtotal is over $100, subject to the following terms:

    • Orders are deliverable via standard method of delivery to U.S. residential and commercial addresses. Orders are deliverable to P.O. Boxes only via Economy Shipping by the U.S. Postal Service.
    • Offer applies to orders containing full-priced item(s) and/or items marked as on sale if the subtotal of the order is over $100.
    • Some premium and select launch product(s) are not eligible for this offer. Shipping promotion will not be applied to these product(s) at check-out. Gift cards are not eligible for this offer.

    Orders Containing 20 Units or Greater

    Orders containing 20 units or more are subject to increased shipping pricing. We deem orders with 20 units or more to include orders purchasing multiple products totaling 20 or more products or orders purchasing multiple units of a single product totaling 20 or more units, any combination of which are subject to the increased shipping prices.

  • Shipping locations
    A physical street address or P.O. Box number must be provided for a shipping address. Orders with a P.O. Box number in the shipping address will be delivered via the Economy delivery method. Delivery to a commercial address may only be completed by Upgraded, Rush and Express delivery methods (subject to applicable fees).

     

    We ship only to locations within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO Boxes or international addresses.

     

    We offer retail store location pickup (subject to product availability at retail store locations).

  • Multiple Items or Units

    Orders with more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfillment locations so you may receive your order in multiple delivered packages at different times.

  • Drop Ship Items

    Certain items we offer for sale may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Please note, estimated delivery ranges for Drop Ship Items may vary from our standard estimated delivery ranges for delivery. 

    If an order contains Drop Ship Items and non-Drop Ship Items, the order will be shipped in multiple packages, with the estimated time of delivery determined by whether or not the item to be delivered is a Drop Ship Item. You may receive separate shipment notifications in this case. Certain Drop Ship vendors do not ship outside the continental United States. Our adidas and Reebok Drop Ship partners currently do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. 

    There are no additional shipping and handling fees for the delivery of orders containing Drop Ship Items. The delivery time frames you see at checkout are estimates only and are based on the method of delivery, include both processing time and the time your item is in transit and start the day after the order is placed. Order fulfillment processing times may vary based on product availability.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments
    Finish Line is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" and you are unable to locate the shipment, Finish Line is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these circumstances. It is your responsibility to make proper arrangements for receiving the expected package to the shipping address you listed in your order.

    However, please still contact Customer Care for assistance if you placed your order for delivery to a residential address and the delivery is past the estimated delivery date and either you have not received your order or your order has been marked as "Delivered" but cannot be located. 
  • Additional Shipping Promotions

    Finish Line may offer, from time to time, shipping promotions that extend free or discounted shipping on a temporary basis. Unless otherwise provided in terms and conditions specific to such a shipping promotion, the following terms apply to any such shipping promotions:

    Estimated delivery time under method of delivery subject to the shipping promotion is the then-current estimated delivery time for such method of delivery (as stated herein). Additional exclusions and restrictions may apply. Shipping promotion offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or coupon, nor applied to previous purchases. Shipping promotion offer is not extended to resellers, wholesalers or diverters. Shipping promotion offer is not available for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes or orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping promotion offer is limited to available inventory of qualifying item(s) while supplies last. No rain checks are available. Offer is valid for online purchases at finishline.com and on the Finish Line mobile app. Shipping promotion offer is available for a limited time.     What is Instacart?

    Need your new sneakers ASAP but can’t make it to the store? Instacart can help with that. Instacart is a same-day delivery service that brings Finish Line orders from the store to your door in as little as one hour in most US locations.

    How do I use Instacart?

    Head to https://www.instacart.com/store/finish-line/storefront or download the Instacart app on your mobile device to get started.

    Can I earn Status points on my purchases?

    Status points cannot be earned at this time. 

    How can I contact Instacart regarding my Finish Line same-day delivery?

    Is same-day delivery offered in my area?

    Same-day delivery powered by Instacart is available in most metropolitan areas. Visit https://www.instacart.com/store/finish-line/storefront and enter your address to see if delivery is available in your area. 

    When will my same-day delivery powered by Instacart order arrive?

    Orders are delivered by Instacart during the delivery window you’ve selected on the same-day, the next day, or the day of your choice. Contactless delivery is available on all orders. If you’re anxiously awaiting your items, don’t worry. They’ll be in your hands soon!

    Are there additional fees or minimum order requirements for same-day delivery powered by Instacart?

    There are no minimum order requirements; however, orders that are under $35 require an additional charge for a service fee. So whether you need a pair of socks or an entire new gym kit, you can get your stuff sent straight to your door. 

    Why did Instacart charge me more than the total of my order?

    Instacart puts a temporary hold on your credit/debit card that includes a buffer to take item additions or substitutions into account. 

    Why did Instacart charge me twice?

    You may see a temporary hold on your account before the final charge reaches your credit/debit account. The temporary hold should show as "pending," and will be removed within a day or two.

    How can I get a refund for an order issue?

    To request a refund for any reason, you must submit your request within 7 days of delivery. Please let Instacart know as soon as possible if your order:

    • Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt.
    • Contains damaged items.

    Instacart’s care team will assist in providing a refund back to Instacart store credit. If the item is damaged, Finish Line asks that you do not bring the item back to a store location.

    How can I return or exchange an item? 

    Items not working out? You can return items directly to a Finish Line store for a full and immediate refund to store credit only using your Instacart receipt when the items are:

    • unworn, in original condition;
    • returned with price tags still attached (if the returned item is apparel or accessories); 
    • returned in their original box (if the returned item is footwear);
    • and returned within 45 days of the original purchase.

    Instacart returns are not accepted at Finish Line Macy’s locations. 

    Which products can I buy on Instacart?

    Instacart can deliver almost anything available at your local Finish Line. You can use the search function to ensure your favorites are in stock. As long as the stuff is in our store, we can most likely get it on your doorstep via Instacart.
