How do I track my order?


You can quickly track your order at any time by simply clicking the link at the top of each page named “Track Your Order”. Alternatively, you can enter your order number and billing zip code below and we will update you. Or you could try to track it via the trail your order left behind but we don't recommend that. It could take awhile.

Please note that while our Customer Service representatives are quite awesome, the information available to them is the same as what is available to you, our lovely customer, on the web.

Once we ship the items in your order, like magic, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number included. You may enter this tracking number at www.ups.com to monitor the order in-transit. Now that's power. Use it wisely.
