Afterpay is a service that allows Finish Line to offer customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.
Yes. You can now checkout using Afterpay at finishline.com for orders between $35 and $1,000.
Just shop finishline.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay’s website, Afterpay.com, to register and provide details for the payment method you’ll be using to make your installment payments (Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards only). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order -- it’s that easy!
Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the order value must be between $35 and $1000. Some items, like gift cards, may not be eligible for use of Afterpay as a method of payment.
Afterpay can only be used on purchases made on finishline.com. Afterpay can’t be used as a form of payment for Finish Line in-store purchases.
Visa and Mastercard (credit or debit cards) are the only accepted forms of payment when using Afterpay.
Even though you are shopping with Finish Line, you’ll be providing personal information directly to Afterpay if you opt to make a payment for a Finish Line order using Afterpay.
If there is a conflict between these FAQs and Afterpay’s Payment Purchase Agreement, the Payment Purchase Agreement will apply.

To return items purchased using Afterpay, follow Finish Line’s standard return process and return policy. We encourage you to mail in your returns of items purchased using Afterpay so that your refund syncs up with your Afterpay account. If you mail in your returns to Finish Line, the refund will be made from Finish Line to Afterpay and when this refund is processed, it will drop into your Afterpay account, which can be accessed on Afterpay.com or the Afterpay App.
Refunds from any other types of returns of items purchased using Afterpay will not be applied to your Afterpay account and even if you receive a refund from Finish Line for such a return, you remain obligated to pay your Afterpay account in full (in accordance with Afterpay’s Purchase Payment Agreement). Exchanges, store credit and cash refunds are not available for items purchased using Afterpay.
Your cart of eligible items must exceed $35 in order to use Afterpay at checkout. You may use Finish Line store credit, gift cards or E-Gift Cards to pay for an order you want to use Afterpay with, but your order total must exceed $35 in order to use Afterpay as a method of payment.

Afterpay may approve or deny your use of Afterpay to make a purchase with Finish Line at finishline.com. You’ll receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout. Afterpay and Finish Line are committed to responsible spending and not all orders will be approved.
Afterpay is only offered and made available to Finish Line customers who have a US billing address, a US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.
Afterpay is only offered to customers over the age of 18.
You can’t use Afterpay to purchase Finish Line gift cards or e-Gift cards. Afterpay may be unavailable for use on the purchase of additional items. You will need to purchase your gift cards separately from orders with items eligible for purchase using Afterpay.
Where Afterpay is used on a Finish Line order, an approved order is delivered in accordance with Finish Line’s standard shipping policy.
If you make a Finish Line purchase using Afterpay, you’ll be required to make your first payment to Afterpay at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are due to Afterpay every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay on Afterpay.com or the Afterpay App anytime to make your payments early.
You can log in to your Afterpay account on Afterpay.com or the Afterpay App anytime to view the payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view customer orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.
You can make payments any time before their due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and select ‘Pay Now.’
To request an adjusted payment schedule, contact Afterpay’s Customer Service team and the team will review your account to determine eligibility. Not all requests can be accommodated.

Even though a grace period is provided, the Afterpay system reviews customer repayment history for future purchases, so Finish Line encourages customers to pay Afterpay as soon as possible. If you make a purchase using Afterpay, you will still get an SMS to say the payment failed as well as a reminder about payment due.
Once Afterpay has approved an order, order details cannot be modified, and items cannot be added to the order. Finish Line encourages customers to place a new and separate order if they would like to add additional items to their purchase.
Finish Line can issue full or partial refunds for any reason.
