The Nike Hypershox, also known as the Hyperballer, uses a hot melt process to combine a synthetic textile with mesh, and then cover it with a layer of TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) for a totally seamless, ultra breathable, ultra-lightweight and durable upper. Feel the ultimate protection where the full innersleeve wraps your foot and the high-wrapping Phylon wing extends all of the way up to provide lateral stability. Encapsulated in the forefoot is a traditional Nike Air Max unit giving you heavy impact protection while the 4 column Pebax moderator plate helps distribute pressure evenly throughout your heel. The sole is ribbed with a modified herringbone pattern with deep flex grooves to help your performance in every aspect.
