Well, Reebok has an answer for us and it comes in the form of one their most popular shoes of all time. It just so happens that these kicks bear the nickname of one of the NBA's best players of all time.
Following a string of releases from Reebok, Allen Iverson debuted his fifth signature release and fourth installment of the Answer series, in the 2001 NBA finals against Kobe Bryant and the NBA's Lakers. Considered to be Iverson's best season in the NBA, he also received the MVP trophy that year. So it was only right to introduce a shoe comfortable for an MVP. The Answer IV became famous as Iverson used these kicks to step over Tyronn Lue in the Lakers only loss that post season.
The Answer IV brought a sleeker look to the Answer line featuring a one of a kind lacing and zipper system that permits you to lace them up for support on court and zip it down for casual wear. The words of one of Iverson's earlier tattoos, "Only the Strong Survive," is imprinted into the outsole as well as an impression of his face on the heel. This mid cut shoe has a Leather upper and 3D Ultralite bottom which provides for a lightweight and durable shoe.
