Rated 5 out of 5 by purerunner Pureflow 3 soon to be history
Been with the Pureflow project since the start. While the Pureflow 3 is a slight tighter fit compared to previous versions, both shoes and feet easily adjust after a few miles. You cannot beat this shoe for the weight, cushioning, and support especially when training and running long distances. You can't go wrong with this shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DCRunner Best running shoes I've owned
I run a 5k every single day. I have preffered Nike LunarGlide's for years but I decided to step out of the box and I am glad I did. These shoes are extremely comfortable and probably the lightest shoes I have ever worn. I weight about 215lbs and I need a little bit of cushion. The Nike Frees I had were light but provided no cushion and killed my feet. These shoes run smooth and comfy and you can feel the gel like cushion on each step. My run times have improved and my post run aching has decreased. I will still keep a few pairs of Lunar Glides in stock in my closet but these have become my preferred shoes to run in. I haven't put a whole lot of miles on them yet so I'm not sure how they will stand up in the long run but when they wear out I will buy a new pair for sure. The day I bought them they were on sale for $80 and it seems the price has gone back up to $100 but they are still worth it at that price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RTWArunner Great low rise/minimalist show
I've run in the Pure Flow and Pure Grit shoes for three years now and love them. I had been trying to adapt my gate to a more mid foot strike vs a heel strike and this shoe has helped me make the transformation. I continue to believe that some cushion is right for me and this shoe is a great blend of minimal rise yet cushion. I'm a consistent 15-20 mile/week runner with cross fit style classes in between.

Rated 5 out of 5 by str8kicks210 1st Pair of Brooks and WOW!!!
Bought these at my local Finish Line. The Gray color is awesome goes with everything! They run true to size. I bought an 11.5 could probably go down to a size 11 if I wanted a more snug fit 12 would be too big. I wore Nike Free's all the time and in my opinion these Brooks Pure Flow 3's are just better in overall comfort. They are not the most aesthetic looking shoe but out perform the Nike Free series in my tests of running, doing Insanity, and just everyday use. My feet exhibit hardly any pain at the end of my workouts. I highly recommend this shoe! Just wish they would come out with more subtle colors not so much the loud bright color ways.
