What is Winner’s Circle?
Winner’s circle is our rewards program that pays you back for making purchases at Finish Line. When you sign up, we begin keeping track of the eligible purchases you make online or in one of our stores. When your total of eligible purchases equals $200 within 12 months, you will receive a $20 rewards certificate to use on a future purchase. Beginning in October 2003, you can use your rewards certificate online or in the store.

In addition to the $20 reward certificates you earn, as a Winner’s Circle member you’ll also receive:
  • Free shipping during special time periods throughout the year.
  • Special member discounts on the best footwear and apparel.
  • Finish Line magazine and other insider looks at the latest stuff.

You can redeem Winner's Circle rewards in-store, online at finishline.com or from the Finish Line catalog.

After I earn 200 points, how long do I have to wait before I will get my $20 Winner's Circle reward?
Once you reach the 200-point total required to earn one $20 reward, Finish Line will start the process to create and mail your reward. All rewards are created and mailed within 45 days of the date the 200-point total was reached.

How can I track my Winner's Circle account balance?
The easiest place to check your Winner's Circle account balance is to register your Winner's Circle account at www.finishline.com and check your account balance online. You can also call customer service at 888-777-3949 to obtain your balance.

If I have signed up for more than one Winner's Circle account, can reward points be combined?
Yes. Call Winner's Circle Customer Service at 888-777-3949. The Customer Service representative can tie the accounts together for you.

How do I find my Winner's Circle number if I lose my card or forget my account number?
If your Winner's Circle account is registered at www.finishline.com, you can look up your information my providing your email address and password. If your Winner's Circle account is not registered online, or you forget your Winner's Circle account number, call Customer Service at 888-777-3949.

Do my Winner's Circle $20 reward certificates expire? If so when?
Yes, all Winner's Circle reward certificates expire 3 months from date of issue. Expired Winner's Circle rewards are not valid and lost or stolen Winner's Circle rewards cannot be replaced.

Do my Winner's Circle points expire? If so when?
Yes. All dollar credits towards the required $200 purchase reward expire 12 months from the original purchase date.

Are there product exclusions on Winner's Circle rewards?
Yes. Specific Finish Line product and Finish Line gift cards are excluded from all discounts or other special offers, including Winner's Circle rewards. The product that is excluded can be found in the disclaimer that is printed on every Winner's Circle reward and is subject to change.

Do I earn points toward rewards on shipping and tax?
No

Can I use more than one Winner's Circle reward in a single shopping visit?
No. Only one reward certificate may be redeemed per visit. Reward certificates can not be combined with any other offer.

If I make a return, are the rewards subtracted?
When an item purchased through the Winner's Circle program is returned to a Finish Line store, for whatever reason, any dollar credits earned when it was purchased will be deducted from that member's Winner's Circle account.

If I do not remember to use my Winner's Circle to make a purchase, can the points be added to my Winner's Circle account later?
No. Winner's Circle members must present their card at the time of purchase, or enter their member number online at time of purchase, to earn rewards in the Winner's Circle program.

At what point in the online shopping process do I need to log in for my reward points to be added to my balance?
You must first enter your Winners Circle account number, and then add items to your cart.

After I opt in to receive email notification from Finish Line, can I opt out?
Yes, if you opt in to receive email from Finish Line, and then decide you do not want to receive email from Finish Line, you can call Customer Service at 888-777-3949 and opt out of email messaging, or check the opt out box at the bottom of any Finish Line email.

Will my email address be shared with third parties, or can I count on receiving emails only from Finish Line?
Unless otherwise indicated by you, Finish Line reserves the right to share your information (not including your financial information) with business partners or other companies so that they may offer you products or services that may be of interest to you.
