What is Winners Circle?
Winners Circle is Finish Line’s Reward program. When you sign up to be a Winners Circle member, we begin keeping track of the eligible purchases you make online or in one of our stores. Each time your total of eligible purchases equals $200 within 12 months, you will receive a $20 reward certificate to use on a future purchase.
In addition to the $20 reward certificates, as a member of the Winners Circle program, Finish Line also gives you special offers on our hottest product, the Finish Line catalog mailed directly to your door, free shipping at special times throughout the year and an insider look at some of our newest footwear and apparel. Please note that when using a reward in combination with a discount, the discount will be applied to the total amount after the reward has been added. This may cause the order to fall below the minimum required purchase amount.

Do I have to live in the United States to be a part of the Winners Circle Reward Program?
Yes, you must have a valid U.S. mailing address to join or participate in the Winners Circle Reward program.
Can I give a friend my Winners Circle reward so they can use it?
No, Finish Line Winners Circle rewards are non-transferable.
Do you have to be a certain age to join the Winners Circle Reward program?
Yes, you must be 13 years or older to participate in the program.
Where can I shop to earn points toward Winners Circle Rewards?
You can make purchases at any of our 680 Finish Line store locations or online at www.finishline.com.

After I earn 200 points, how long do I have to wait before I will get my $20 Winners Circle reward?
Reward certificates are sent via U.S. Mail within 45 days of reaching the required $200 purchase level.
How can I track my Winners Circle account balance?
The easiest way to check your Winners Circle account balance is to register your account at www.finishline.com and check your balance online. You can also call our customer care department at 888-777-3949 to obtain your balance.

If I have signed up for more than one Winners Circle account, can reward points be combined?
Yes, a Customer Care representative can help you combine multiple accounts in your name into one account.
How do I find my Winners Circle account number if I lose my card or forget my account number?
If your Winners Circle account is registered at www.finishline.com, you can look up your information by providing your email address and password. If your Winners Circle account is not registered online or if you need a replacement Winners Circle card, you can call Customer Care at 888-777-3949 for help.
Do my Winners Circle points expire? If so when?
Yes. All dollar credits towards the required $200 purchase reward expire 12 months from the original purchase date.
Do I get cash back on unused reward certificates?
No, if you do not use the entire $20 reward on your purchase, you will not receive cash back for unused reward certificates.
Are there product exclusions on Winners Circle rewards?
There are no product exclusions on Winners Circle rewards but reward certificates cannot be used for the purchase of giftcards.
Do I earn points toward Winners Circle rewards on the purchase of Gift cards, Team Sales, multiple sales with a discount approved by the corporate office, shipping or tax?
No, Finish Line Winners Circle membership is limited to personal consumer use.
Can I use more then one Winners Circle reward in a single transaction?
No, only one Winners Circle Reward certificate may be used per transaction. However, reward certificates can be combined with one other select coupon offer. See Winners Circle Reward certificate disclaimer for details.
If I make a return, are the rewards subtracted?
When an item purchased through the Winners Circle program is returned to a Finish Line store, for whatever reason, any dollar credits earned when it was purchased will be deducted from that member’s Winners Circle account.
If I do not remember to use my Winners Circle to make a purchase, can the points be added to my Winners Circle account later?
Members must present their Winners Circle card at the time of purchase, or enter their number online at checkout, to earn a Winners Circle reward certificate.
Who is NOT eligible to participate in the Winners Circle Reward program?
Finish Line employees and their families, Diverters, Wholesalers and Resellers are not eligible to participate in the Winners Circle Reward program.
After I opt in to receive email notification from Finish Line, can I opt out?
Yes, if you opt in to receive email, mailings or text messages from Finish Line and then decide you do not want to receive email, mailings or text messages from Finish Line, you can call Customer Care at 888-777-3949 and opt out. If you are only opting out of Finish Line emails you can check the opt out box at the bottom of any Finish Line email.
Will my personal information including my email address be shared with any third parties or will I only receive information from Finish Line?
Whenever you use your Winners Circle Reward card, Finish Line tracks your purchases. We will use your personal information to manage and communicate with you about your account, and subject to the choices you have made, to use for specials marketing programs. However, we respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any unrelated third parties to use for marketing purposes.
