What if my shipping and billing addresses are different?
Finish Line uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.

Why can’t I ship to a PO or an APO box?
Finish Line uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all products to our customers. Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS)and United Parcel Service (UPS), UPS cannot make deliveries to USPS-owned property. If you have a PO or APO box, please make arrangements to have your Finish Line purchase delivered to a physical address where UPS is authorized to deliver. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why do some items in my order ship at different times?
In order to show an expanded inventory online, Finish Line may ship some of the items listed online from one our nationwide retail stores. Because of this expanded inventory, shipping times for certain items may vary based on current inventory levels.

The availability estimate on each item's product information page refers only to how long it will take us to ship the product. In transit times will vary based on the order's final destination.

Finish Line reserves the right to restrict product quantities per order at their discretion. There will be a maximum of five units allowed per customer, unless pre-approved by Customer Service. Orders that exceed these limitations may be cancelled without prior notification.

Can items be shipped outside of the United States?
At this time, we are not able to ship products outside of the United States.

How long will it take for me to get my order?
All Finish Line Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Product availability will determine when items in an order will ship. Orders with more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfilling locations. Delivery times vary depending on the final destination. Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number included. You may use this tracking number at www.ups.com to monitor the order in-transit.
