What if my shipping and billing addresses are different?
Fraud is fun for no one so Finish Line uses several measures to protect you from it. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. And we totally get that sometimes you need to have two different addresses but if additional information is needed to verify and protect your order, then a customer care representative may contact the cardholder.
In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately. Don't worry though, if we did miss you, just get back to us so we can get you your product ASAP.
How can I ship to a PO Box?
Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS) and UPS, UPS can deliver to USPS owned property via the Economy shipping method only. Why this is? You might have to ask them about it. Regardless, please remember to enter your PO Box in the Apt/Suite line on the shipping page so your order can get to you without delay.
Why can't I ship to an APO/FPO Box?
Finish Line uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship products to our customers. Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS), UPS cannot make deliveries to USPS-owned property. Think of it as a civil mannered mail turf war. So, if you have an APO box, please make arrangements to have your Finish Line purchase delivered to a physical address where UPS is authorized to deliver. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience for you, our awesome customer
Why do some items in my order ship at different times?
In order to show you everything we've got, our site displays an expanded inventory that can include items from our nationwide retail stores. Because of this expanded inventory, shipping times for certain items may vary based on current inventory levels and if your order has items coming from multiple stores.
The availability estimate on each item's product information page refers only to how long it will take us to ship the product. In transit times will vary based on the order's final destination.
Finish Line reserves the right to restrict product quantities per order at their discretion. There will be a maximum of five units allowed per customer, unless pre-approved by Customer Care. Orders that exceed these limitations may be cancelled without prior notification. Again, we promise we're not trying to be the bad guys but we're also trying to protect you, our customer.
Can items be shipped outside of the United States?
At this time, we are not able to ship products outside of the United States.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
All Finish Line Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Product availability will determine when items in an order will ship. Orders with more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfilling locations so you can get all your items as swiftly as possible.
Delivery times can also vary depending on the final destination. Once we ship the items in your order, a magical shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number should pop up in your inbox. You may use this tracking number at www.ups.com to monitor the order in-transit. There's great responsibility in that kind of monitoring power. Use it wisely.
Note: A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Which we think is kind of silly since we're in business every day (except some major holidays).
The delivery time for your order is based on the time it takes to process and pick your order in the warehouse PLUS the UPS transit time.
