Returns
We want to thank you for shopping at Finish Line and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsure about your purchase, please do not wear the item(s). Merchandise may be returned under these guidelines.

Returning items to a Finish Line store
Any merchandise may be returned or exchanged at any Finish Line store location within 30 days from the delivery date as long as they meet the following requirements:
  1. Your original packing slip with a valid return authorization number (RA) from our Customer Service Center. To obtain a return authorization number, call customer service, explain the problem to the representative, and they will give you a return authorization number to write on your packing slip so that you may return the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
  2. The credit card used for the original purchase must be presented. Orders placed using Debit Cards will not be refunded for cash.
  3. Footwear items must be returned in their original box and apparel items must have the tags unless problems in manufacturing exist.
Worn Merchandise with or without a Packing Slip
Normal wear and tear is not warranted on any merchandise. Exchanges on worn merchandise will only be made when the damage is caused by a manufacturer’s defect. Items cut or sliced by sharp objects cannot be exchanged. After 45 days, items may not be returned for any reason.

  1. Explain the problem to the customer service representative, and you will be given a return authorization number to write on your packing slip, so that you may return the item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
  2. All products must be returned in new condition. Footwear items must be returned in their original box and apparel items must have the tags unless problems in manufacturing exist. Items purchased from a Finish Line store (not online) cannot be returned to Finish Line Online.
  3. Finish Line Online advises that when shipping product back, customers should choose the same shipper that delivered the product, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. Finish Line is not responsible for returned product in transit.
  4. Upon receipt of your order at our warehouse, we will examine the product, and as long as it meets the pre-defined return criteria, we will issue a credit for the original purchase. An email confirmation notifying you of the credit will be sent to the email address provided on your order. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Orders returned for credit that were purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded by a check, which would be mailed to the billing address.
  5. We do not offer exchanges for items returned by mail at this time. If any item is returned via mail and meet the pre-defined return criteria, the necessary credit will be applied to the customer's account. If you would like to exchange your online purchase, please visit any of our stores nationwide.
  6. After 45 days, items may not be returned for any reason.
*Shipping charges will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective.

Shipping
All Finish Line Online orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Product availability will determine when items in an order will ship. Orders with more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfilling locations. Delivery times vary depending on the final destination. Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number included.

Note: A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Cancel and Change Requests
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please call 888-777-3949 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot change or add anything to the order without attempting to cancel the order. All items processed on an order are entered in our inventory management database and cannot be altered once the order has been confirmed.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you may either refuse delivery of the product or return the order to us vial mail or at one of our stores. Please see our Return Policies section for further details. We will not refund shipping for these orders since the order already was shipped.

Product Availability
In order to show an expanded inventory online, Finish Line may ship some of the items listed online from one our nationwide retail stores. Because of this expanded inventory, shipping times for certain items may vary based on current inventory levels.

The availability estimate on each item's product information page refers only to how long it will take us to ship the product. In transit times will vary based on the order's final destination.

Finish Line reserves the right to restrict product quantities per order at their discretion. There will be a maximum of five units allowed per customer, unless pre-approved by Customer Service. Orders that exceed these limitations may be cancelled without prior notification.

Sales Tax
Finish Line determines sales tax in accordance with state and local laws and regulations. We charge applicable sales tax on all merchandise purchased in states where we have stores.

Some states require us to collect sales tax on the shipping charges as well. In those states, sales tax will be calculated on the purchase price of the merchandise plus the shipping charges.

Payment
Finish Line currently accept both credit cards and Finish Line gift cards as forms of payment online.

Credit cards that Finish Line currently accept online: debit cards (deducts from your bank account), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card.

Customers can use Gift Cards received from a Finish Line store online. Please enter the Gift Card number on the billing information page along with the pin number located on the back of the card. For orders paid by Gift Card with no remaining Order Total balance, please disregard the credit card information on the billing information page. If you have a Gift Card that does not have a pin number on the back please call 888-777-3949 for assistance.

Privacy
Finish Line collects customer information so that we can offer our valued customers the products they want. We respect your privacy, and we assure you that we will maintain and use this information responsibly.

To improve our service, Finish Line logs the user's Protocol Internet Address (IP). An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your PC every time you browse the Internet. Information for IP addresses is used for system administration to examine overall traffic trends, troubleshooting, etc. This information is used only in the aggregate form. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information, meaning the user session is tracked, but the user is anonymous.

When you order products or register on the site, we ask you to provide your name, email address, mailing address, day phone number and credit card information (when ordering products only), as well as create a password.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, or to record past activity in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site.

How does Finish Line use this information?

In addition to processing your orders for the purchase of merchandise, we may use the information provided to us for sending you special promotions or incentives, providing a service, gathering demographic and website usage information, improving our website and the quality of your online visits. Offers or other communications will come primarily from Finish Line. We may, however, share your information (not including your financial information) if you are a member of our Winner's Circle program and you have chosen to allow us to share your information with a select group of prescreened business partners or other companies so that they may offer you products or services that may be of interest. Aggregate information, such as the number or percentage of visitors who fall within certain category or categories, may be provided to a third party. You may opt out of this benefit at anytime.

How do I opt out or change my preferences?

You can update your profile information at any time by logging in www.finishline.com with your email address and password. Once you have logged in, you can update your name, email, password, and/or change your address and preference to receive marketing information from Finish Line.

We recognize that you may not want to receive offers or other information from Finish Line or a third party. At any time you may request to discontinue receiving offers or other information from us or request that we not provide your information to third parties by replying to the e-mail or regular mail that you receive from us and informing us of your request. You can also call customer service at 1-888-777-3949 to opt out as well. Currently, Finish Line shares only Winner's Circle member's information that choose to receive marketing materials from selected third parties.

Children's policy

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act requires Finish Line not to accept information submitted to this website by any visitor under 13 years of age. Visitors under the age of 13 years are still welcome to visit most areas of Finish Line's website.

Finish Line believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We provide only the most stringent of security measures available on the Internet. For added safety we do not store credit card information on our web server after your order has been processed. This significantly reduces the chances of Internet credit card fraud. Safe Shopping Guarantee
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
